Changing Young Lives Foundation identifies underprivileged children in Hong Kong and in the Mainland, to help change their lives for the better through development, education, participation and protection programs.
The Learning Center is a home away from home for the underprivileged children and youth. There are more than 8,000 families living on the estate. There are many new arrivals from the Mainland living on the estate. Our center is the only learning playground that provides FREE programs and learning facilities for the underprivileged.
